Shipping Information
Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order.
Starting the Week of January 18th, 2010, we will begin integrating USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail service into our shipping options. Please be patient as we integrate this service. For now, this service will only be used for certain shipments within the continental United States. We will add international shipping via USPS at a later date.
When you chose "standard" shipping, we will decide whether to ship your order via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail Service, based on the size & weight of your order.
Domestic Shipping
Our standard methods of shipping within the continental United States are UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail Service (as of Jan. 18, 2010). When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. We can not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions. If your order is being shipped within the United States, you may also choose to upgrade to UPS Expedited Shipping for an additional charge (see chart below). In the case of UPS Expedited Shipping, all orders will be processed, shipped and delivered within 3 business days. See the tables below to determine your shipping charges.
International Shipping
We now offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Great Britain (including England, Scotland & Wales), Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, San Marino, Italy, Japan and Australia. The available International shipping service is Worldwide Expedited service, which delivers within 7-10 business days, and all shipments will be delivered DUTY UNPAID. See the tables below to determine your shipping charges.
Unfortunately our current security settings do not allow international credit cards. As we work to fix this issue, please use the following "work-around" to insure your international order is processed and delivered to the correct address. When entering your order, Please enter "Chicago, IL 60637" as you billing City, State and Zip. You should be able to enter the correct shipping info in the appropriate fields. Once you have processed your order and received confirmation via email, please forward that order number, along with a confirmation of the full shipping info (recipient, address, phone number, etc.) to robin@kangaroomstorage.com. Our Customer Service Department will respond, confirming receipt of your shipping info and letting you know how soon your order will ship. If your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, within the United States you should expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
