Shipping Information
>All shipments are via DHL. Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order. Our standard method of shipping within the continental United States is DHL Ground. When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 7-10 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. We can not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions. If your order is being shipped within the United States, you may also choose to upgrade to Expedited Shipping for an additional charge (see chart below). In the case of Expedited Shipping, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. All International shipments will be received within 2-4 weeks of placing your order. Additional duty and local destination charges will apply upon delivery.

Our Distribution Center is located in Grove City, Ohio. You can use the above map to estimate how many days in transit it will take for your package to get from the DC to your delivery address using ground shipping. Remember, these are estimated shipping times.
*Exceptions include Friday and weekend deliveries which will be processed and shipped on the following business day. We try to be an industry leader in our turn around time from receipt of orders to shipping, thus we are unable to cancel orders once they have been transmitted on the site, this does not effect our returns policy.
